Do I get instant access to the tutorials after paying for my subscription?
Yes and the process works as follow:

When you subscribe, our website will send you to PayPal, along with your Tayop Account ID behind the scene. At PayPal, you pay the amount you have selected with your credit card or pay from your PayPal account if you have an account with PayPal. Once payment is complete, PayPal immediately sends a secure electronic notification of your payment details to our website along with your Tayop Account ID. Upon receiving this notification, our website will immediately upgrade your account with us and activate all courses and tutorials available in our collection.

All these actions occur behind the scene and take around a minute or two. So if you pay by credit card or from your PayPal account, access to all tutorials is activated immediately.

If you pay by cheque or money order, we will upgrade your account as soon as the cheque is cleared or money order is received. This normally takes around 5 -7 working days.

What benefits do I get for my subscription?

How do I subscribe to the online courses?
Tayop maintains a very flexible subscription system. One subscription will grant you access to ALL courses available, you are not restricted to just a single course.

Please follow the following steps to subscribe:

1. Click the Register menu and select a payment option.

2. Fill in the form to create your account including username and password

After the form is completed, you will be automatically taken to PayPal to make your payment.

At PayPal, you can choose to pay directly from your PayPal account if you are a PayPal member. You can also choose to join PayPal if you want to.

If you are not a PayPal member and don't want to join PayPal, you can pay directly from your credit card. This is by clicking the Continue button in the section "Don't have a PayPal Account" near the bottom of the page. Please note Tayop do not keep your credit card details. All payment details are securely and independantly administered by PayPal on our behalf.

After the payment has been successfully processed, you will be redirected back to this website.

Shortly after, you should receive an email from PayPal confirming the transaction. You will also receive an email from Tayop confirming your account. The entire process should take about 2 minutes.

I've downloaded the exercise files but can't seem to open them. What did I do wrong?
The most likely cause is you'd tried to open the files before you have unzipped them . All exercise files are compressed and zipped so you can download them faster. Before you can use the files, you need to unzip them. Please follow these simple instructions to unzip the exercise files:

* Once you have downloaded the zip file, go to Windows Explorer and locate the downloaded zip file
* Right click on it and select Win Zip. This will then show a number of options to extract or unzip the file
* Select Extract To… to unzip the file to a location on your local PC or;
* Select Extract to here to unzip the file in the current location

Once the zip file is extracted, you should have no problems in opening the exercise files

I can't login or not all video lessons are accessible. How do I fix this?
This is often because your browser cookies are not enabled. To view the video tutorials, we require that cookies are enabled.

To enable your browser cookies:

In Internet Explorer (IE), go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options. Under the Privacy tab, make sure the slider is set to Medium (the default setting for IE). Click OK.

In Firefox, go to the Tools menu and select Options. Under the Privacy tab, click to expand the Cookies heading and reveal the full menu. Check the box "Allow sites to set cookies." Click OK.

In Safari, go to the Safari menu and select Preferences. Under the Security tab, set the Accept Cookies preference to Always. Close the Preferences window.

Please also check the clock on your computer. Maksure the date and time are correct.

Close and restart your browser. Now you should be able to successfully login. If not, please contact Tayop for further advice.

How do I renew or re-activate my subscription?
When your subscription expired, your account is automatically downgraded. To continue your access to the subscribed sections of the courses, you must renew your subscription when it expires. To renew, or to re-activateyour subscription, all you need to do is login and subscribe again from your Membership section. After you have successfully subscribed, your account will be instantly upgraded and your access to the courses will be activated.

I have a dialup or slow internet connection and the movies are very slow to load up.
Our video lessons are best viewed through a broadband connection, such as DSL or cable modem access.

If you are connecting to the internet using a slow connection, you can still view our video tutorials, they will just take longer to download.

Tip: If you wait until the entire video downloads, which is visible when the play bar at the bottom of the movie turns dark, you can watch it without hiccups or interruptions.

Do I need to cancel my subscription?
Except for the monthly payment plan, all subscription payments to Tayop are one-off, you do not need to cancel anything. When your subscription expires, your account will be automatically downgraded and full access to courses will stop. This is until you choose to renew or reactivate your subscription yourself.

For those members with montly payment plan, you can cancel anytime from your PayPal account.

Why do my videos keep pausing?
This only happens if you have a slow internet connection. And because the video tutorials are progressively streamed, the video pauses to download enough content before play is continued.

What you can do is pause the movie, and wait for more (or all of) content to download before you resume playing, it will play without pausing continually. You can tell how much of the video clip has downloaded by looking at the controller bar at the bottom of the tutorial sreen. You will see the bar fill up with a dark grey line, from left to right, as the movie downloads. Once the grey portion reached the right side of the controller bar, the movie is completely downloaded.

Can I download the courses and tutorials?
The training tutorials can only be viewed online as streaming video - they cannot be downloaded to a computer.

Can I login from any computer, or am I limited to a single computer?
Yes, you can login to Tayop from any internet-connected computer. However, you can only be logged in to Tayop on one computer at a time.
